Pass a law

If you could pass any law you wanted, what would it be? Would it be for your city? Your country? The whole world? Give your reasons for making this law.

Now explain how you would enforce it.

Examples and hints

Include the following in your answer:

a strong claim (and sub-claims, if desired)
specific, detailed evidence
strong reasoning
a clear conclusion
a "so what" (recommendation/suggestion; prediction; hope, implication)

Make your argument as persuasive as possible with vivid language, natural phrases and idioms, complex grammatical structures, etc.

Aim for 150–200 words.
