Use an axe-point structure for your argument. 

Be sure to include:

1. Claim (with sub-claims if desired)
   • Evidence—two or more of the following:
   • anecdote
   • analogy/comparison
   • example
   • expert or eyewitness testimony
   • facts, statistics or data
2. Reasoning—two or more of the following:
   • Simple
   • Layered
   • Add-on
   • Counterargument
3. Conclusion
4. "So what?"
   • Recommendation/suggestion
   • Prediction
   • Hope
   • Implication

Other tips:

1. Try an alternative structure, stating your evidence and reasoning first, then your claim at the end as your conclusion.
2. Use advanced grammar.
3. Add transition phrases.
4. Include idioms and natural English.
