If you could live at any time in history, what period would you choose? What would you do? Why?

Sample answer:

I've always wanted to be able to live in the 1920s in America. Women were fighting for their right to vote and standing up to oppression in many ways. They cut their hair short, wore clothes that were comfortable and didn't restrict their movement, and spoke publicly at rallies—all things that they couldn't do before. I would love to have been part of that movement. Plus, I love the Art Deco style of that time, and flapper dresses!
