The interviewer isn’t actually very interested in your list of likes or dislikes. Rather, they’re trying to judge your character by listening to the tone and attitude with which you respond to a tricky question.

The best strategy is to focus on the positives of your previous job, and to talk about how your experiences (good and bad) have prepared you to take on a challenging new role with a different employer.
