My father is a scientist. He's really smart and works hard. But he always has time for us. On weekends, he takes us on picnics if the weather is good, or to a movie if it isn't. He's also very athletic and has taught us all how to swim and ski and play different sports. In the summer, he takes a couple of weeks off from work and we go camping. I love the food he cooks over the fire—he's a great chef! I love science, too, so he tells me about his projects and shows me how things work. I'm glad he's my dad.
