Email: Interview reminder

Business email response good practice:

1. Use a short, clear subject line to communicate what the email is about.
2. Use a professional tone. 
3. Organize the information:
   • Briefly state your purpose for writing in the very beginning of your message.
   • Provide the context—when replying to someone else’s email, it can often be helpful to either include or restate the sender’s message.
   • Organize thoughts into paragraphs.
   • State the desired outcome at the end of your message (e.g., if you want a response, and how—phone call, email; deadlines; etc).
4. Use an appropriate sign-off (e.g., "Thank you", "Regards", "I look forward to hearing from you", etc.).
