Matthew's old diaries
Years ago, I used to keep a diary. I started when I was studying in Tokyo in 1995. Those are some of them in the picture above. I would write almost every day about what was happening in my life. I haven't ever read what I wrote. Maybe I will one day. I am sure the memories will come flooding back!
I have decided to start keeping a diary again, and to do it here on Poligo. I will write as often as I can, about what I do and think and feel day to day. I'm going to use some different words and phrases, so you can pick up plenty of natural English on the way. (Like "come flooding back", "pick up English" and "keep a diary".)
If you don't understand something, or are curious about what I write, you are welcome to comment or ask questions.
I hope you find it interesting and I hope to teach you lots of new and interesting things.
