Why did you choose to do this job, or why did you join your company? What do you hope to achieve? What motivates you to work?

Examples and hints

There are a few reasons why I chose this job. First of all, I wanted a job that I could do from anywhere so I wouldn't have to be in an office all day, every day. And I needed to have flexible hours so I could plan around other things like visits with my family, or be able to work when I have the best energy and focus.

My second reason was the work itself. It fits my goals and values. I was looking for a way to help people learn English so they can succeed in the world today when I heard about the job. I'm really glad I got it! The company is great—I get along well with my colleagues, and there are lots of opportunities for creativity. That's very important to me. I'm able to do a lot of writing, which is one of my favorite things to do. And there are always creative projects to work on.

I guess you'd say my goal is to be as creative as I can be, and help others in the process. So this job gives me the chance to do both of those things, every day.
