Evidence (specific, detailed) → Reasoning (layered, add-on):

- Family time → healthier relationships → children grow into stronger adults → better society in future
- More sleep → more productive at work → higher business profits → salary increase
Conclusion: Having a good work-life balance makes workers more productive, creative, and innovative, which is great for business; and stronger families lead to a better future for us all.
